摘　　要：切后仓式喂料机存在漏料问题的主要原因是提升带和钉耙上粘附烟丝。为此,对喂料机清洁刷结构及传动方式进行了改进,增加了清洁刷刷毛直径和长度,并在一级增速链传动的基础上增加了清洁刷二级增速链传动,以提高清洁刷转速。改进后提高了清洁刷的清洁能力,粘附烟丝及喂料机漏料现象得到明显改善,单台设备漏料量由45 kg/d以上降低为7 kg/d左右,漏料中烟丝含量≤1%,减少了原材料消耗和设备保养工作量。Tobacco adhered to elevating belt and spiker was the main reason causing tobacco escape from hopper type feeder after cutting.Therefore,the cleaning brush in the feeder and its driving mode were changed by using a brush with thicker and longer brush hairs and adding a speeding chain to raise its rotation speed.After improvement,the cleaning ability of the brush was improved,escaped matter decreased from more than 45 to about 7 kg/day per feeder,containing less than 1% cut tobacco,and raw material consumption and maintenance work reduced.
