上海某区医疗机构戊二醛消毒剂使用现况调查

摘　　要：目的了解上海市某区医疗机构戊二醛消毒剂的使用与管理现况,以便加强医院消毒管理。方法采用问卷调查方式,对该区管辖的医疗机构戊二醛的使用与管理情况进行了调查。结果所调查的15所医疗机构戊二醛消毒与灭菌对象、作用浓度与时间均符合规范要求。戊二醛消毒与诊疗均能做到分室,多数使用戊二醛的环境通风良好,但有部分科室将使用后的戊二醛残液直接倒入下水道。医务人员对戊二醛缺乏了解,使用戊二醛的科室防护装置不齐全,多数不安装洗眼设施。有近40%左右的使用戊二醛的人员出现眼、皮肤和呼吸道刺激症状。结论该区医疗机构戊二醛消毒剂使用基本合理,但医务人员对戊二醛缺乏了解,防护措施不到位,有待加强管理。Objective To investigate the use and control of glutaraldehyde disinfectant in district medical institutions of Shanghai for reinforcing the disinfectant management in hospitals.Methods Questionnaire was conducted to investigate the use and management of glutaraldehyde disinfectants in medical institutions in this district.Results The disinfection and sterilization objects,concentration and time of glutaraldehyde investigated in 15 medical institutions were all qualified.The process of glutaraldehyde using was separated to different rooms.Most rooms using glutaraldehyde disinfectants had good ventilation while some glutaraldehyde disinfectants were drained directly into the sewer after use.The protection equipments were not completed and most of them had no eye-wash function,which implied the medical staff were short of knowledge of glutaraldehyde use.Nearly 40% people using glutaraldehyde had irritation of eye,skin and respiratory tract.Conclusion The use of glutaraldehyde is reasonable in district medical institutions.Medical staff are short of knowledge of glutaraldehyde use.So protection measures and strict management are needed.
