摘　　要：根据驾车者出行目的的不同,将其停车行为划分为通勤出行停车、非通勤出行停车和居民区停车。在对大连市中心城区的大型企事业单位、商业中心以及居住区进行停车行为调研的基础上,总结出各种停车行为的停车需求特点及相互之间的差异,并据此提出了3种出行目的的停车行为的需求管理措施。According to the drivers＇ different travel purposes,in this paper,parking behaviors are classified into the following three groups： commuting,non-commuting and residential parking behaviors.After surveying the parking behaviors in the region of large-scale enterprises,commercial centers and residential areas in Dalian downtown area,this paper summarizes the parking demand characteristics of the three different parking behaviors and the differences between each other.Finally,the paper puts forward the specific demand management measures considering the characteristics of the three kinds of parking behaviors.
