摘　　要：重点介绍裂解炉基于VAX机,依据裂解炉的静态数学模型,通过设定点的处理、深度估算、深度控制、模型校正等,为DCS中的炉管平均出口温度的PID控制提供最佳设定值。Because of space limit of the article “The Advanced Control and Optimum Control for SRT IV heavy Oil Cracker Heater” issued in “AUTOMATION IN PETRO CHEMICAL INDUSTRY”No.4.1998, only the advanced control of cracker is mainly explained.Following will introduce that VAX computer will provide optimal setting values for PID of the average outlet temperature of cracker tubes controlled by DCS based on static state mathematics model;setting point treatment,severity evaluation,severity control and model modification.
