白术附子汤加味治疗乳腺癌骨转移临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨白术附子汤加味治疗乳腺癌骨转移的临床疗效。方法:32例乳腺癌骨转移患者,按随机数字表法随机分为中药组和对照组,分别给予白术附子汤加味和唑来膦酸干预4疗程,观察给药后两组患者的近期疗效、疼痛评分变化、体力状况ECOG评分及不良反应等。结果:中药组和对照组在近期疗效方面无显著差异。在疼痛VAS评分方面,与治疗前比较,治疗后中药组和对照组疼痛评分均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗后中药组疼痛评分显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在ECOG生存质量评分方面,与治疗前比较,治疗后中药组和对照组生存质量评分均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗后中药组生存质量评分显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在安全性方面,唑来膦酸组患者出现了不同程度的不良反应;而中药组未见明显不良反应。结论:白术附子汤加味可用于治疗乳腺癌骨转移,且在减轻疼痛、提高生存质量方面具有一定优势,且不良反应少,安全性高。Objective:To discuss the effect of Baizhu Fuzi Decoction in the treatment of bone metastases of breast cancer treatment.Methods:32 cases of breast cancer patients with bone metastasis were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and control group respectively and given the Aconite Decoction of Atractylodes macrocephala and zoledronic acid 4 intervention treatment.Observing the curative effect after administration of two groups of patients in the near future,pain score changes,physical conditions,the score of ECOG and adverse reaction.Results:Two groups of a total of 30 patients completed the trial,compared Traditional Chinese Medicine group and control group,it's no significant difference in the curative effect in the near future.In pain VAS scores,compared with before treatment,After treatment with traditional Chinese medicine group and control group,the pain score was significantly decreased,and had the difference of Statistics(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,After treatment,the Chinese herbs group pain score was significantly groped,and had the difference of Statistics(P<0.05),In ECOG quality of life score,compared with before treatment,After treatment with traditional Chinese medicine group and control group,quality of life score was significantly decreased,and had the difference of Statistics(P<0.01).In the aspect of safety,Zoledronic acid group of patients had different degree adverse reactions;but the Chinese traditional medicine group had no obvious adverse reaction;Conclusions:Baizhu Fuzi Decoction can be used for the treatment of bone metastases of breast cancer,and has certain advantages in reducing pain and improving quality of life in patients,has less adverse reaction and high safety.
