中西医治疗IgA肾病进展

摘　　要：目的:概述近年来中西医治疗IgA肾病的研究进展。方法:运用对临床文献搜集、整理和归纳的方法研究近年来中西医对IgA肾病的治疗概况。结果:西医多采用激素、免疫抑制剂治疗;中医多用疏风清热、补益脾肾等方法辨证论治。西医治疗可有效缓解临床症状,延缓肾功能不全的发生和发展;中医的辨证施治可防治相关并发症,有效减少西医治疗的不良反应。结论:IgA肾病运用西医及中医辨证治疗,能有效提高临床疗效。Objective:To discuss the recent development of treatment and nursing of IgA nephropathy.Methods:Combined with Western and Chinese medicines research and clinical literature search,sorted and concluded.Results:The western treatment usually adopts the hormone and immunosuppressant during the cure process.The Dispersing wind pathogen,clearing away inside heat and reinforcing the spleen and kidney are the main therapeutic principle in the Chinese Medical treatment.The western medical treatment can effectively remit the clinical symptoms,delay the occurrence and development of renal insufficiency.The Chinese medical treatment based on syndrome differentiation can prevent and cure the related complication caused by the IgA nephropathy.The side effects caused by the western treatments can also be reduced effectively.Conclusion:The combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine apply to the IgA nephropathy treatment can enhance the curative effect to the greatest extent possible.
