摘 要:红山嘴油田注水与调驱系统硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)恶性繁殖,全线水质逐步恶化,注水井水体悬浮物14.6~125.3mg/L、SRB含量6.0×102~2.5×105个/ml,均严重超标。水质恶化导致红18井区调驱聚合物不能成胶,严重影响调驱效果。研究表明,该注入水经过紫外线杀菌、精细过滤、超滤、纳滤等物理防治技术和化学剂杀菌处理后细菌含量明显降低。其中杀菌剂1427等有良好的杀菌效果,添加100mg/L时杀菌率99.99%;超滤及纳滤除菌最彻底,处理后水体含菌0个/ml,聚合物凝胶粘度最高,超滤是最适合于聚合物调驱系统控制SRB恶性繁殖的除菌方法。源头杀菌、清理管线、井场使用超滤净化等技术联用是综合治理聚合物调驱系统SRB恶性繁殖的高效方法。Sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB) was malignantly produced in the water injection and displacement control systems of Hongshanzui Oilfield water quality has been deteriorated gradually.In the Water injection well in the whole water line.Suspended solids were up to 14.6 ~ 125.3 mg/L and SRB was 6.0 × 102 ~ 2.5 × 105 a/ml,they were all beyond the standard.Polymer in Well Hong 18 could not produce gelling because of water quality deterioration,and it influenced the effect of profile control seriously.Result shows that the bacteria of injected water which was treated by physical prevention and control technology of ultraviolet radiation sterilization,fine filtration,ultrafiltration,nano-filtration and water-treatment chemicals were obviously reduced.One of the best is Bactericide 1427,when 100 mg/L of it is added,its disinfection rate is over 99%.Ultrafiltration and nano-filtration are most thoroughful degerming that the water processed contains 0 bacteria with the highest viscosity of polymer gelling,and ultrafiltration is the most suitable aseptic method for the polymer flooding system to control SRB malignant breeding.The integrated application of sterilization from fountainhead,cleaning injection line and using ultrafiltration purification in the well site are the efficient methods to comprehensively manage SRB malignant breeding in polymer displacement control systems.
