摘 要:中原油田气田气井油管的内腐蚀严重,时常发生油管穿孔、断裂事故,直接影响了气田的正常生产和动态监测工作。为了弄清气井腐蚀原因,在对油管进行管材失效分析和室内模拟试验的基础上,应用灰色理论中的灰关联分析方法对中原油田现场实测的腐蚀环境数据进行了相关处理,分析了影响气井油管腐蚀的主要因素并探讨了其腐蚀规律。分析处理结果表明,产出气中所含的CO2 和水导致油管发生电化学腐蚀,而产出气的冲蚀作用又加剧了这一过程,二者共同作用是造成油管穿孔断裂的主要原因。这一分析结果与失效分析试验相吻合,也说明灰关联方法是一较好的数据处理方法,可以应用于油气田复杂环境腐蚀情况并得到较好分析判断结果。The internal corrosion of gas well tubing in Zhongyuan oil field is serious and the accidents of tubing perforation and rupture occur frequently,which directly affects the normal production and performance monitoring.In order to find out the cause of gas well corrosion,the correlative processing of corrosion environment data measured at well site in Zhongyuan oil field was done by use of the grey association analysis method in grey theory on the basis of the material failure analysis and indor simulation test of tubing.Through the analysis and processing,it is shown that the CO 2 and water contained in yielded gas caused electrochemical corrosion on tubing and the washing action of yielded gas accelerated the corrosion process,which are the main reason causing the perforation and rupture of tubing.The result of this analysis coincides with that of the failure analysis,showing that the grey association method is a better data processing method and it can be applied to the complex corrosion circumstance of oil and gas fields and can obtain better results in the analysis and judgment.
