摘 要:目的观察柴胡疏肝散加味治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法 66例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各33例,治疗组应用柴胡疏肝散加味口服治疗,对照组应用奥美拉唑口服治疗。比较2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为90.9%,高于对照组的57.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组未见不良反应,对照组不良反应轻微。结论柴胡疏肝散加味治疗反流性食管炎效果显著,且安全可靠。Objective To investigate the modified chaihu shugan decoction in treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 66 cases of reflux esophagitis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (33 cases in each), the treatment group received chaihu shugan decoction, and the control group received Omeprazole . The clinical effect in the two groups were observed. Results The total effect rate in the treatment and control groupwas 90.9% and 57.6% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion There were no adverse reactions in the treatment group, but the control group had little adverse reactions.
