油套管热处理生产线水淬设备的设计与改进

摘　　要：介绍了宝山钢铁股份有限公司一条新增热处理生产线的水淬设备。该设备在研发设计过程中,采用了国内外先进的"外淋+旋转+内喷"淬火工艺,在原有设备基础上进行了多项技术革新。通过对该水淬设备的工作原理、淬火工艺、结构特点的分析,说明了该设备改进后与原有水淬设备在机械结构、淬火效果、机械性能等方面的不同。生产实践表明,该新增水淬设备具备提升产品附加值的能力。Elaborated here is the newly-built water-quenching system located at Baoshan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd. With employment of the advanced quenching process of＂external showering ＋ pipe rotating ＋ internal spraying＂as used both at home and abroad,the said quenching system is designed based on number of technological innovations to the original similar system. The working principle,quenching process and structural characteristics of the system are analyzed to demonstrate that the modified-type water-quenching system is much better than the original type in terms of mechanical structure,quenching effectiveness and mechanical properties of the pipe. The operation practice of the newly-designed system shows that it is capable of enhancing the added-values of the products.
