摘　　要：针对安防领域的需求,设计了智能监控报警系统。系统由遥控子系统和监测报警子系统两部分组成。遥控子系统实现了监测报警系统报警电话的添加与删除,监测的布防与撤防、系统的开机与关机及远程报警方式的选择等。监测报警子系统能够以1.67kHz的采样频率实时监测多路警情,并具备了可靠的抗光照干扰性能,进行日夜监测。当出现状况时,系统能够现场发出高分贝尖叫,同时触发智通信系统,以远程短消息或者语音呼叫方式报警。实验表明,该系统方便,经济,可靠,稳定,实时性好,可以准确的监测并及时的报警。Aiming at the demand in security monitoring field,an intelligent monitoring alarm system is designed.The system consists of remote-control sub-system and monitoring alarm sub-system.The remote-control sub-system realizes the function of adding and deleting alarm telephone,starting and ending monitoring,turning on off of the system,choosing the alarm way and so on.Monitoring alarm sub-system can real time monitor multichannels of alarm information with 1.67kHz sampling frequency and have light interference proof performance,and can monitor day and night.When the system is triggered,it emits a high-decibel screaming and sends message or call to the user automatically.Experiment shows that the system is convenient,economical,reliable,stable and realtime monitoring.It can accurately monitor and alarm in time.
