摘　　要：本文对安徽省地矿工作十年改革的进程及成效作了全面的回顾,总结了基本经验,认为该局下一步改革,必须认真贯彻:稳定、充实、调整和改善的方针,坚持计划经济与市场调节相结合,继续围绕治理整顿,紧紧抓住地勘资金短缺与生产能力过剩这一主要矛盾,把基点放在保稳定、抓调整、争突破、促发展、求效益上。The paper makes a comprehensive review of the whole process of reform carried out by the Anhui Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources over the past decade and the successes it gained. By summing up the primary experiences, the author thinks, to advance reform, it is essential to adhere to the principle of stability, enrichment, adjustment and improvement, and to combine planned economy with market regulation. In carrying on the improvement and rectification drive, the main contra-diction of shortage of prospecting funds versus excess productive forces should be energetically tackled and make maintaining stability and striving for rational adjustment, improvement and economic returns the center of all work.
