摘　　要：目的了解男男性行为者(MSM)自杀行为状况,探讨影响MSM自杀行为的因素。方法采用定向抽样法,对武汉市在MSM浴池、酒吧等场所活动的MSM,知情同意后进行横断面匿名问卷调查。结果 253名调查对象中18.6%的人曾经有强烈的自杀意念,10.7%的人曾经有过自杀未遂行为。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,进入自杀意念方程的变量有大专及大专以上文化程度、与男性同伴结识的场所为浴池、性伴主要是性伴数量少的人、曾经因为自己的同性恋倾向感到很痛苦并严重影响了生活或工作和希望通过与女性的性关系养育自己的后代;进入自杀未遂方程的变量有大专或以上文化程度、与男性同伴结识的场所为浴池、与男性同伴结识的场所为酒吧和曾经因为自己的同性恋倾向感到很痛苦并严重影响了生活或工作。结论相当比例的MSM有过自杀行为,需要从社会的角度,多方面对该人群进行心理干预,以减少MSM的自杀事件。。Objective To explore the situation and influencing factors of suicide behavior among men who have sex with men（MSM）.Methods Target sampling method was utilized,with the agreement of participation and obtaining consent form,a cross sectional anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted for MSM in the public bathing places,bars etc in Wuhan.Results Among the 253 respondents,18.6% respondents had a strong suicide ideation,and 10.7% respondents had suicide attempts.Multiple Logistic regression demonstrated that independent variables were：having college level education or above,meeting sex partners in public bathing places,having very few sexual partners,being extremely painful for their homosexuality tend and greatly influencing their life and work,and being eager to have sexual relation with female to raise their own offspring,all these were significantly associated with MSM suicidal ideation;The independent variables for those ＂attempted suicide＂ were：Having college level education or above,meeting sex partners in public bathing places or bars,being extremely painful for their homosexuality tend and greatly influencing their life and career.Conclusions A substantial proportion of MSM had suicidal behavior,it is necessary to view the problem from social angle,and carry out psychological intervention from multiple aspects,so as to reduce suicidal events.
