摘 要:目的探讨优化护理流程对患者满意度以及护理质量的影响。方法确立3个科室为试点科室,调整核心工作流程,优化护理流程,优化人力资源配备,优化医嘱处理流程,简化文书书写流程等,把护士更多的时间还给患者。结果优化护理流程实施前间接护理时间为(588.20±21.91)min,实施后间接护理时间为(92.02±1.29)min,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(t=170.20,P=0.000);护士直接护理时间从(3704.38±71.47)min增加到(4128.81±54.82)min,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(t=-33.77,P=0.000);实施前患者满意度总体评价为85.1%,实施后为96.6%,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(x2=6.88,P〈0.05)。结论优化护理流程可有效提高护理质量及患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of optimized nursing process on the patients' satisfaction and the quality of care. Methods Three wards were selected as the pilot wards and were adjusted the key work flows, optimized nursing processes, human resource assignment and medical order processing, and abridged the nurses' documents for patients in order to provide more time for patients. Results The time allocated in indirect nursing process was (588.20 ± 21.91 ) rain and (92.02 ± 1.29) min, respectively, before and after taking optimized nursing process,and the difference was statistically significant (t = 170. 20,P =0. 000). After talcing optimized nursing process, the direct nursing time was (4 128.81 ±54.82 )rain which was more than (3 704.38 ± 71.47 )min before implementing optimized nursing process, and the difference was statistically significant ( t = - 33.77, P = 0. 000). There was significant difference in the patients' satisfaction before (85. 1% ) and after (96. 6% ) implementing optimized nursing process (x2 = 6. 88, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Optimized nursing process can effectively improve nursing quality and patients' satisfaction.
