内蒙古男足专项大学生神经系统特性研究

摘　　要：为了解内蒙古男子足球专项大学生的神经系统特性特点,采用BTL-QZ-V1.1气质测试系统,对内蒙古某高校63名男子足球专项运动员的兴奋性、抑制性、灵活性、稳定性进行测查。结果发现:内蒙古男子足球专项大学生总体上兴奋性高,抑制性、稳定性也较好,但灵活性较差。按男足运动员在比赛场上的位置分组发现,兴奋性、抑制性和稳定性均为守门员最高、后卫最低,灵活性中场运动员最高、前锋最低,但仅稳定性在守门员与后卫间存在显著性差异。内蒙古男子足球专项大学生在不同位置上的神经系统特性及气质类型分布特点,总体上符合足球运动对不同位置队员的要求。To understand the characteristics of the nervous system of male specialized football players in colleges of Inner Mongolia, 63 male football players were measured by temperament measurement system of BTL-QZ-V1.1. The characteristics of the nervous system included excitation, inhibition, mobility, and stability. The results shown that, as a whole, male specialized football players of colleges in Inner Mongolia had high excitation, inhibition and stability but low mobility. Football players by position in the group found that playing field, the mean value of excitatory, inhibitory and stability was the highest in goalkeepers but the lowest in backs. The mean value of flexibility was the highest in midfield players but the lowest in forwards, only stability was there between goalkeepers and backs. The characteristics of the nervous system and temperament types of the football players were fitted for different position on the pitch for football players.
