摘  要:本文以钠基膨润土为主要原料,选用壳聚糖作为改性剂,通过微波辐射进行改性,制备出壳聚糖改性膨润土吸附剂,并研究了其对Cr(VI)的吸附性能和吸附工艺条件。结果表明,吸附剂对Cr(VI)具有较好的吸附性能,吸附的适宜工艺条件是:pH值为5~6,吸附时间为30min,吸附剂用量为12.0g/L。与单一的膨润土或壳聚糖相比,该吸附剂对Cr(VI)离子的吸附速度快、吸附能力强,并且具有成本低、应用范围广的优点,Cr(VI)的去除率可达到85%。In this paper, with the Na-base bentonite as raw material and chitosan as modifier, through microwave radiation, a new adsorbent which was made from bentonite modified by chitosan was prepared; and its adsorption to Cr(VI) and appropriate condi- tions for the Cr(VI)adsorption were discussed. The results showed that appropriate conditions for the Cr(VI)adsorption process are that the pH value is 5-6, the adsorption contact time is about 30rain, the dosage of the adsorbent is I2.0g/L. Compared with the single bentonite or chitosan, the modified bentonite adsorbent has a faster adsorption speed and better adsorption, moreover, it has the advantages of low costs, broad application scope, Cr(VI) removal rate can reach 85%.
