摘　　要：介绍了湿法磷酸装置中翻盘式过滤机的结构、工作原理及使用情况,并对其使用中出现的问题进行了分析。利用公司闲置的转台式过滤机对湿法磷酸装置中现有的过滤机进行了更新改造,讲述了改造中应注意的事项;并对改造后的转台过滤机基本情况及使用状况进行了评述。同时,对改造后的效果也进行了分析,并对过滤机合理使用提出了建议。This article describes the structure, working principle and the use of tilting pan fiher in the wet phosphoric acid plant, and analyzes the problems appeared in the usage. We took advantage of the com- pany idle rotary filter and renovated the existing filter in the wet process phosphoric acid equipment, also stressed key steps of the transformation, and commented on the basic situation and the operation of the re- newed machine. Meanwhile, we analyzed the effect and gave some recommendations.
