摘  要:对某钢厂150 t LF钢包炉的电气特征和供电曲线进行了研究分析,绘出了LF炉20 MVA变压器各级电压下的电气特性曲线图,利用各级电压的电气运行特性建立了LF炉的电气运行圆图;根据LF炉电气运行约束条件得出了各级电压下的许用电流工作点,绘出了在LF炉实际生产过程中可用的典型供电曲线,得到了LF操作各个阶段合理的供电曲线和吹氩流量。通过研究,最终制定出150 t 20 MVA LF钢包炉合理的供电制度,对该公司大吨位钢锭的精炼生产具有重要的指导意义。Electric characteristic and power supply curve of 150 t ladle furnace of a certain plant were studied and analyzed. Electrical characteristics curves of 150 t LF 20 MVA transformer in different levels of voltage were drawn, and based on this, the electrical operation circle diagram of LF was obtained. According to electrical operation constraint conditions of LF, allowable current working points in different levels of voltage were obtained, typical power supply curves of actual production process of LF was drawn, and reasonable power supply curve and argon-blowing flux in each operation phase of LF furnace were gained. By this study, reasonable power supply system of 150 t 20 MVA ladle furnace was built, which has great significance for producing large ingots in a certain plant.
