摘　　要：目的:观察宣肺化痰通络汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期的临床疗效。方法:将符合诊断标准的COPD患者61例分为两组,对照组予规范化西药治疗方案治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用宣肺化痰通络汤治疗。结果:治疗组稳定时间、住院次数和BODE评分明显优于对照组。结论:宣肺化痰通络汤治疗COPD稳定期有较好疗效。Objective： To observe the clionical efficacy of Xuanfei Huatan Tongluo decoction for the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in stable period. Methods： The 60 patients with COPD were divided into two groups, in control group the patients treated with standardize the treatment of western medicine and in treatment group with the same therapy plus Xuanfei Huatan Tongluo decoction. Results： The stability time, frequencies of hospitalization and the BODE in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group. Conclusion： Xuanfei Huatan Tongluo decoction is effective for stable COPD.
