摘 要:国内大型高炉的高炉煤气除尘一般采用的都是干法,煤气管道内壁腐蚀严重,其中冷凝水中累积的氯离子渗透腐蚀性强,普通的防腐材料起不到根本效果。重防腐蚀材料中适合高炉煤气管道防腐的可选材料主要有:乙烯基酯树脂鳞片材料(VEGF)、环氧涂料、环氧胶泥、聚脲。对这四种材料实验进行耐腐蚀性能比较,确定乙烯基酯树脂鳞片材料最为优异。乙烯基酯树脂玻璃鳞片材料(VEGF)具有耐腐蚀性强、耐温性好、抗渗透能力优异以及施工工艺性好等特点。根据VEGF材料工艺适用性不同,可以考虑不同的防腐结构及施工工艺,从而使VEGF材料可以更好地应用于高炉煤气管道内壁防腐蚀。BF gas in most of China large size blast furnaces is treated with the dry de - dusting method, which erodes the inner wall of gas pipe severely. The ordinary corrosion - proof materials fail to play an ultimate role, due to the intense penetration and corrosiveness of the chloride ion accumulated in condensated water in process. The available materials for intense corrosion prevention of the blast - furnace gas pipe include :vinyl ester resin glass flaked compounds (VEGF) ,epoxy resin coating, epoxy resin mortar, polyurea. VEGF is proven to be the best choice after comparison of the corrosion resistance performance of these four materials in experiment. VEGF is highly resistant to corrosion and penetration, endurable in high - temperature and convenient in construction. According to the different applicability of VEGF, the different anti -corrosion structure and construction process can be considered, so that VEGF can be algplied in BF gas oioe with its better oerformance to resist the corrosion.
