摘　　要：与传统建造方式相比,工业化住宅在节约材料和能源、提高生产效率等方面有着显著的优势。本文通过对工业化住宅在日本发展历程的介绍总结和其技术特点的分析,提出了在中国住宅市场发展工业化住宅的相应建议。Compared with traditional modes of construction,industrialized housing has significant advantages in saving materials and energy,and improving production efficiency.By introduction and summary of the development history of industrialized housing in Japan and analysis of its technical characteristics,this article puts forward corresponding suggestions on the development of industrialized housing in China＇s housing market.
