摘 要:本文用电子探针,X衍射仪和拉曼分子微探针对使用前后ZAS系列耐火材料的成分、晶体结构和分子网络结构进行了深入的研究,并获得了下列结论: 1.ZAS源砖由斜锆石、刚玉和玻璃相组成,用后砖结晶相比原砖增加约6%,主要为霞石、高温长石,锆石、莫来石和白榴石等,还发现了四方-ZrO_2,这对深入研究ZAS材料的性能具有重大的意义。 2.在国内首次应用拉曼微探针测定了耐火材料中玻璃相的结构,实验结果表明,用后砖的玻璃相不仅改变了成分,而且其Si-O网络的结构单元由大变小,从而提出了玻相链——层网络的新结构模式。 3.ZAS砖的侵蚀机理与砖体玻相和溶化池玻璃液之间的化学扩散作用相关。In this paper, the composition, crystal structure and molecular frame- work structure of original and after used ZAS(ZB1711)refractory materi- als were deeply inverstigated by Electron Probe, X-ray diffractometer and Laser Raman Microprobe. Then the following conclusions were obtained. 1. ZAS(ZB1711)original bricks included Baddeleyite, Corindon and Glassy Phases. There are more crystal phases in the after used bricks than in the original bricks(about increasing 6%), There are some Nepheline, High temperature Feldspar, Zircon, Mullite and Leucite etc. in the increasing phases. Among them the Tetragonal-ZrO_2 is discovered. It is very signiflcant in deep going investigation of the property of ZAS bricks. 2. The structure of glassy phases in ZAS(ZB1711)bricks is first mea- sured in China by Laser Raman Mioroprobe. The experimental results show that not only the composition of glassy phases in after used bricks has changed but also the structure unit of Si-O framework in glass has altered from bigger to smaller. A new model of chain-sheet framework structure in glassy phases has thus advanced. 3. The eroding reason of ZAS(ZB1711)bricks is related to chemical diffusion action between the glassy Phase of ZAS brick and glass liquid of melting pond.
