摘 要:采用浸渍法制备磷钨酸(HPW)质量分数不同的半焦负载型催化剂HPW/Sc,利用扫描电镜、紫外漫反射吸收光谱和N2吸附-脱附分析方法表征了所制备HPW/Sc催化剂的结构,并在FCC柴油的氧化萃取脱硫过程中将其作为氧化催化剂,考察了HPW的负载量和萃取剂种类对氧化萃取脱硫率的影响。结果表明,半焦是HPW的良好载体,HPW负载到半焦后保持了原有的Keggin结构;在最优氧化反应和萃取条件下,FCC柴油中的硫质量分数由1100μg/g降至89.1μg/g,脱硫率达到91.9%;评选出了柴油氧化萃取脱硫的专用复合萃取剂,用氢键理论和位阻效应解释了复合萃取剂可以提高回收率的原因。The catalysts of phosphotungstic acid(HPW) loading on semi-coke(Sc) were prepared by impregnation method,and characterized by SEM,UV-Vis DRS and BET.The prepared HPW/Sc catalyst was used in oxidation and extraction desulfurization of FCC diesel.The effects of HPA loading amount,extractant category on the desulfurization rate were investigated.The results showed that semi-coke was the preferred support and the Keggin structure of HPW remained unaltered after being supported on semi-coke.Under optimal oxidative reaction and extraction conditions,sulfur mass fraction in FCC diesel could be decreased from 1100 μg/g down to 89.1 μg/g with the desulfurization rate of 91.9%.The optimum composite extractant for oxidation and extraction desulfurization of FCC diesel was obtained.With the hydrogen bond and steric effect theory,the reason that the composite extractant could improve the yield of FCC diesel of oxidation and extraction desulfurization process was explained.
