摘 要:大庆页岩油用作催化裂化(FCC)原料时,因其碱性氮含量高,会降低催化剂活性和选择性,因此,在进入催化裂化装置前要进行脱氮预处理。大庆页岩油脱氮工艺是将大庆页岩油与自制脱氮剂在反应器内充分混合反应后,再经沉降器和聚结塔分离页岩油和氮渣的过程。考察了剂/油质量比、反应时间、沉降时间、反应温度和聚结塔床层空速对大庆页岩油脱氮效率的影响。结果表明,大庆页岩油脱氮工艺适宜的操作条件为剂/油质量比0.03、反应温度70℃、反应时间10min、沉降时间180min、聚结塔床层空速0.5h-1。在该条件下,大庆页岩油碱性氮质量分数从3775μg/g降为365μg/g,可作为催化裂化原料。Daqing shale oil needs pre-denitrogenation when it is used as fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) feed due to its high basic nitrogen content,which will decrease the activity and selectivity of catalyst.The denitrogenation process of Daqing shale oil is to reduce the basic nitrogen compounds in it.The basic nitrogen compounds reacted with denitrogenation agent in reactor,then were separated in the precipitator and coalescence column.The effects of several factors on basic nitrogen removal rate were preliminarily investigated,including mass ratio of reagent to oil,reaction temperature,reaction time,sediment time,space velocity in coalescence column.The results showed that the proper operating conditions were as follows: mass ratio of reagent to oil of 0.03,reaction temperature of 70℃,reaction time of 10 min,sediment time of 180 min,space velocity of 0.5 h-1.And under these conditions the basic nitrogen mass fraction of Daqing shale oil could be decreased from 3775 μg/g to 365 μg/g,so the shale oil can be used as FCC feed.
