摘  要:考察了掺炼煤焦油(CT)对减压渣油(VR)溶剂脱沥青过程(SDA)的影响。结果表明,减压渣油掺炼煤焦油的溶剂脱沥青(VCSDA)过程是对减压渣油溶剂脱沥青(VRSDA)过程的一种改善。在较优条件下,掺炼质量分数10%CT的VCSDA过程的脱沥青油(DAO)收率比VRSDA提高约2百分点,Ni+V质量分数下降5百分点,S含量略下降,同时残炭、N含量基本不变。对VR、CT进行元素分析、红外分析、核磁分析和凝胶渗透色谱分析,计算出它们的平均分子结构参数并提出结构模型,进而得到其溶解度参数分别为17.03和17.63(J/cm3)1/2,表明掺炼CT有利于提高原料溶解度参数。另外根据溶解平衡理论、萃取液的表面张力变化及DAO平均分子结构的分析结果,解释了掺炼CT改善SDA过程的机理。The effect of vacuum residue(VR) solvent deasphalting(SDA) process with blending coal tar(CT) was studied.The results showed the SDA process of VR with CT blending was improved.When the mass fraction of coal tar was 10%,the yield of deasphalt oil(DAO) increased 2 percent,the mass fraction of Ni and V decreased 5 percent and the content of S also decreased,the content of carbon residue and N didn't vary significantly.Furthermore,the structures of VR and CT were characterized by elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy,proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography.Their structural models were proposed and thus their solubility parameters were calculated.According to dissolved balance theory,the mechanism of blending CT to improve the SDA process was analyzed,on the basis of the surface tension of the extraction and the results of average molecular structure parameters of DAO.
