摘　　要：全球经济一体化,跨国并购成为企业发展的一条重要途径。针对中石化的特点,通过初步筛选以及主成分分析法进行排序,确定跨国并购影响中石化竞争能力的主要因素。在此基础上,基于财务指标进行单因素分析研究跨国并购对中石化竞争能力的影响。可为中石化跨国并购提升企业竞争能力提供参考和借鉴。Cross-border mergers and acquisitions becomes an important way for enterprises＇ development in the era of the global economic integration.According to Sinopec＇s characteristics,this paper defines the major influencing factors of cross-border mergers and acquisitions to Sinopec＇s competitive ability by sorting through the methods of initial screening and principal component analysis.On this basis,the paper researches on the impact of cross-border mergers and acquisitions on Sinopec＇s competitiveness by single factor analysis using financial index.This study can provide reference for Sinopec to enhance its competitive ability through cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
