摘　　要：为促进农民全面发展,立足于马克思主义的发展理论,以收入分配为视角,探讨中国农民发展落后的原因与对策。研究表明:显失公平的收入分配制度制约农民发展,导致农民和市民发展的差距拉大。针对这一原因提出了完善收入分配制度促进农民发展的政策建议。In order to promote the all-round development of farmer, based on the Marxian theory of individual development, from the research perspective of income distribution, the paper delved the causes and its countermeasures of farmer getting behind in development. The study indicated that the unfair income distribution system restricted farmer development, widen the gap of development between farmer and Urban Household. In response to the cause of farmer getting behind in development, the paper gave some policy suggestions for improving income distribution system and promoting farmer development.
