摘 要:为了更好地研究扎龙湿地的水环境质量。以扎龙湿地内的克钦湖水体为研究对象,分析了水体中重金属的含量及潜在生态危害程度。在湖内均匀布设29个采样点进行取样,测定了水体中的Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Pb的含量,重金属浓度含量的大小顺序为As>Cu>Pb>Cd>Zn。分别以方差分析和潜在生态危害指数评价法对污染情况进行分析评价,其中方差分析结果表明,克钦湖水体中As元素的污染比较严重。克钦湖水体重金属对扎龙湿地的潜在生态危害由强到弱依次为:As>Cd>Pb>Cu,其中As的影响占主导地位。总体而言,克钦湖水体的重金属的潜在生态危害程度较高,已对扎龙湿地生态系统产生了潜在的生态风险。In order to analyze content and potential ecology risk of heavy metals in Keqin Lake and study water environment quality of Zhalong wetland better, which was located in Zhalong wetland. The author selected 29 weldistributed sampling points for detection of 5 kinds of heavy metals. The sequence of concentration content for heavy metals were: As〉Cu〉Pb〉Cd〉Zn. The contamination condition was analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) and potential ecological risk index. The ANOVA analytical results indicated that in Keqin Lake had been severely contaminated by As element; and similarly the potential ecological risk intensity caused by Keqin Lake water for heavy metals were: As〉Cd〉Pb〉Cu, and As was the dominant element among them. In general, potential ecology risk extent in Keqin Lake for heavy metals was much higher, which had produced potential ecology risk for Zhalong wetland ecosystem.
