煤矿建设工程水土保持监测探讨

摘　　要：水土保持监测是建设项目实施水土保持方案的重要环节,根据华砚煤矿改、扩建项目的具体情况,设计了包括水土流失防治责任范围、弃土弃渣、水土流失量、水土保持措施及其运行和水土流失危害五方面的监测内容,采用调查法、查阅施工和监理资料、定位观测法和典型调查法等对华砚煤矿建设期和运行期水土保持工作进行了补充监测。监测结果表明,华砚煤矿改扩建工程水土流失防治目标基本达到。Soil and water conservation monitoring for construction project implementation is the important link of the soil and water conservation plan. Through the Huayan coal mine and expansion projects, soil erosion prevention and control responsibilities, abandon soil and slag, water and soil erosion, soil and water conservation measures and operation, and the harm of soil and water loss in five aspects of monitoring content are de- signed. The soil and water conservation work of Huayan coal mine construction period and operation period was supplemented monitoring by the method of investigation, consulting construction and supervision data, locating observation method and the typical survey. The monitoring results show that, Huayan coal mine expansion project for soil and water loss control target is achieved basically.
