摘 要:以甘肃省水利可持续发展为总目标,选取16项指标建立了水利发展主导因子体系。利用主成分分析法和统计分析软件SPSS11.5,对原始数据进行了标准化处理和评价研究。结果表明:甘肃省水利发展主导因子由3个主成分构成,即水资源条件和用水结构、水环境和水利投资以及水利工程管理。Taking water resources sustainable development of Gansu Province as the overall objective, 16 indicators were selected to establish a leading factors system of Gansu Province's water conservancy development. This study applied principal component analysis to analyze the leading factors of water conservancy development in Gansu Province, combined with statistical analysis software SPSS11.5, made the standardized process- ing of original data and evaluation. The results show that the leading factors of water conservancy development are made up of three principal components in Gansu Province : water resources condition and water use structure, water environment and water conservancy investment as well as water conservancy project management. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the layout and planning of water conservancy development in Gansu Province.
