摘　　要：目的:建立猪胆粉HPLC指纹特征图谱。方法:应用Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.001 mol/L KH2PO4溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱(0～20 min,乙腈30%→30%;20～40 min,乙腈30%→40%;40～70min,乙腈40%→50%),流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温30℃;DAD检测器,检测波长为210 nm。结果:通过分析10批样品,确定了15个共有峰,建立了猪胆粉的HPLC指纹特征图谱。结论:该方法简便易行,结果可靠,可作为猪胆粉质量评价的依据之一。Objective：To establish the fingerprinted characteristic map on the porcine gall powder by high-performance liquid chromatography（HPLC）. Methods：The HPLC was run on Lichrospher C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column with acetonitrile-water（0.1% phosphoric acid） as mobile phase in gradient elution（0-20 min,acetonitrile 30%→30%,20-40 min acetonitrile 30%→40%,40-70 min acetonitrile 40%→50%） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The temperature of column was set at 30 ℃,and diode array（DAD） detector was used for obtaining spectral profiles by detection wavelength and reference wavelength of 210 nm. Results：Fifteen consensus peaks were identified from analysis of 10 batches of samples,and HPLC fingerprint of the porcine gall powder was finally established. Conclusion：This is a simple and easy method that can be reliably used as one of approaches to quality evaluation of the porcine gall powder.
