摘  要:目的:建立猪胆粉HPLC指纹特征图谱。方法:应用Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.001 mol/L KH2PO4溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~20 min,乙腈30%→30%;20~40 min,乙腈30%→40%;40~70min,乙腈40%→50%),流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温30℃;DAD检测器,检测波长为210 nm。结果:通过分析10批样品,确定了15个共有峰,建立了猪胆粉的HPLC指纹特征图谱。结论:该方法简便易行,结果可靠,可作为猪胆粉质量评价的依据之一。Objective:To establish the fingerprinted characteristic map on the porcine gall powder by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Methods:The HPLC was run on Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with acetonitrile-water(0.1% phosphoric acid) as mobile phase in gradient elution(0-20 min,acetonitrile 30%→30%,20-40 min acetonitrile 30%→40%,40-70 min acetonitrile 40%→50%) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.The temperature of column was set at 30 ℃,and diode array(DAD) detector was used for obtaining spectral profiles by detection wavelength and reference wavelength of 210 nm. Results:Fifteen consensus peaks were identified from analysis of 10 batches of samples,and HPLC fingerprint of the porcine gall powder was finally established. Conclusion:This is a simple and easy method that can be reliably used as one of approaches to quality evaluation of the porcine gall powder.
