摘  要:目的光电容积脉搏波(photoplethysmography,PPG)信号是目前心血管生理病理研究的应用热点之一。针对准确、快速的应用需求,本文设计一种无创PPG检测分析系统。方法该系统分为前端采集装置和信号处理两部分,其中前端装置以MSP430为核心,完成指端PPG信号的采集、处理与传输;计算机(personal computer,PC)则根据指端PPG信号分析受试者血管弹性信息。在检测过程中,采集前端实时获取心率(heart rate,HR)和血氧饱和度(blood oxygen saturation,SaO2)信息,PC计算的参数有血管硬化系数(stiffness index,SI)和血管反射系数(reflect index,RI)。结果通过年轻组和年长组的对比实验证明,系统能快速准确采集指端PPG形态特征,能准确描述SI和RI参数变化,其对动脉弹性的评估具有一定参考价值。结论该系统是适用于PPG信号采集与分析的实验装置。Objective Photoplethysmography(PPG) is a hot topic in the study of cardiovascular diseases now. For a quick and precise detection, we presented a non-invasive PPG detection and analysis system. Methods In the system was consisted of two parts, MCU and process units. The MCU cored with a MSP430 was utilized to detect the finger' s PPG first,then the signals were transmitted to a personal computer ( PC ) through RS232 serial or radio frequency (RF)chips. At last, the PC was used to analyze the signal to arterial information. During the process, MCU analyzed the heart rate (HR) , blood oxygen saturation ( SaO2 ) in real time. PC assessed arterial stiffness index (SI) , reflect index (RI). Results To test the hardware and arterial algorithm,we acquired and analyzed 20 female subjects' PPG signals by the system. Experiment showed that the system recorded the contour information quickly and precisely,and described the the parameters SI and RI for arterial characteristic change. Conclusions It is a useful system for the collection and analysis of PPG signals.
