摘 要:选取9种不同口径(0.45~4.3 mm)的喷嘴,分别与3种不同口径(1.2、1.6、2.3 mm)的转接头组合,利用专门设计的双液分离装置测量了不同口径的喷嘴生成气泡的上升携带水量,初步研究了喷嘴口径参数对气泡上升携带水体能力的影响。结果表明:在注气量和注气压力等条件一定的情况下,喷嘴口径参数对气泡的水体携带能力有明显影响,随着喷嘴口径的增加,气泡水体携带能力逐渐增强至最大值后出现回落,并逐步趋于稳定;气泡上升携带的水量与口径比(喷嘴口径和转接头口径的比值)直接相关,其最大值点、平稳点分别出现在口径比约为0.5和1的情况下,口径比大于1时气泡上升携带水量基本趋于稳定。The paper explores water capacity of bubble. Water volume carried by bubbles is measured with specially designed dual-fluid ( water and diesel fuel) separation apparatus when a series of experiments are conducted with the different combinations of nine oriffices (diameters 0.45-4.3 mm) and three gas-tube connectors ( 1.2, 1.6, and 2.3 mm). The result shows that orifice diameter has significant effect on water capacity of bubble as air quantity and pressure injected is kept constant. It further reaveals that water capacity of bubble is improved as ori- fice diameter increases, drops gradually after peak value is reached, and tends to be stable. The diameter ratio of orifice to connector is directly related to water capacity of bubble. As the diameter ratio is equal to 0.5 and one re- spectively, bubbles' capacity reaches peak value and stable point, and as it is more than one, the capacity tends to be stable.
