摘  要:设计了一种水田行间除草装置,并详述了该装置结构和工作原理。在秧苗插秧后第7天时进行除草试验,采用Box-Behnken设计试验方法,利用Design-expert软件对试验数据进行处理与分析,获得了轮齿个数、除草深度和轮齿倾斜角度之间交互作用对除草率的影响,并优化得到工作参数范围。最终确定插秧后第7天作业时除草装置的最佳工作参数为轮齿个数12、除草深度42 mm和倾斜角度8°,此时除草率为68.7%。经过整机试验证明,行间除草装置为整机的研究提供了一个行之有效的除草部件。A weeding device for the between-seedlings in paddy field was designed, and its structure and working principle were gone into details. Carrying out the weeding experiment on the seventh day of transplanting rice seedlings, with the Box-Behnken experiment, the weeding-rate was affected by the numbers of gears, weeding depth, inclined angle for the test factors, and the experimental data was pressed and analyzed with the Design-expert software, and the best operating parameters were optimized. At last the best parameters of weeding device on the seventh day of transplanting rice seedling were 12 gears, 42 mm of the weeding depth and 8°of the inclined angle, then the weeding rate was 68.7%. The weeding device between seedlings through the cultivator experiment provided a reliable weeding device for the design of the cultivator.
