摘　　要：捕蝇草(ＤｉｏｎａｅａｍｕｓｃｉｐｕｌａＥｌｌｉｓ)是茅膏菜科捕蝇草属食虫植物。该属只有一种,原产美国南、北卡罗莱那州的海岸平原地区,新泽西和弗吉尼亚也有分布,主要生长在半稀树草原的沼泽、湿地周围[1]。捕蝇草植株姿态优雅,叶型奇特,是一种特化程度很高的食虫植...The peduncle of \%Dionaea muscipula \%Ellis was cultured as induced material on 1/2MS+ NAA 0.1 μmol/L+BA 1.0 μmol/L medium and adventitious buds were rapidly produced. Subcultures of these adventitious buds on different combination of NAA and BA media were established. It was proved that 1/2MS+NAA 0.1 μmol/L+BA 0.1 μmol/L medium was most suitable for proliferation, on which the growth of both shoot and root was successful.
