摘　　要：结合IEC 61850标准和国内电力系统发展现状,针对数字化变电站过渡方案中的间隔层保护系统进行硬件及软件设计。详细分析了装置功能的划分、实时任务优先级设计及任务间通信的实现。实践表明该设计系统能够满足间隔层保护装置的性能要求。Based on the IEC 61850 standard and the development of domestic power system,a design method of hardware and software in relaying protection system for digital substation is provided during the transition period.Division of the device function,priority design and communication mode between the tasks are elaborated.Practice shows that the design system meets the requirements of the relaying protection device.
