摘　　要：双边合同的存在对发电公司的市场行为有着显著的影响。将双边合同电量视为发电公司的已知电量,在合同电价固定和合同电价与现货电价有关两种情况下,构建了考虑双边合同的电力批发市场的古诺(Cournot)模型并求出市场均衡解。研究表明双边合同的存在能够显著削弱发电公司的市场力,并能够降低市场电价,因此需要制定某些有利于双边合同的措施来鼓励发电公司签订双边合同。Bilateral contracts can influence generation companies strategic behavior in electricity markets remarkably.Assuming generation amount of bilateral contracts being known.Cournot model is corrected to simulate generation companies strategies accounting for bilateral contracts in wholesale electricity market.The equilibrium solution is given while contract price is fixed or related to market clearing price.The analytical results reveal that bilateral contracts can reduce electricity price and eliminate market power dramatically.Generation companies might have no incentives to attend bilateral contracts so effective measures should be worked out to encourage it.
