摘　　要：企业的实业投资具有投入资金多、回收慢、风险大的特点。为提高投资决策正确性 ,在进行决策分析时 ,不仅应按科学的投资决策进行决策 ,还要根据实际情况 ,确保投资所需的资金来源构成比例的合理性。The investing in industries is of such characteristics as large capital input, slow recovery and enormous risk. Therefore, special attention should be put on whether the dicission is correct or not. In order to improve the correctness of decission on investing, the decission should be made not only according to scientific procedure but also to the reality so as to make the required capital sources in rational ratio.
