摘　　要：分析了当前福建农民专业合作组织发展的成效与问题,重点论述了闽台农民产销合作组织发展的经验,进而提出加快闽台农民产销合作组织发展必须重点建立和完善以下机制:(1)政府主导的宏观监管与协调机制;(2)民间社团组织主导的沟通协商机制;(3)企业主导的组织规范运行机制。The achievements and problems in the development of Fujian farmers professional cooperatives are analyzed,focusing on the experiences in the development of Fujian and Taiwan farmers production and marketing cooperatives.Accordingly it is held that to accelerate their development the following mechanisms have to be established and perfected：（1）government-leading macro-regulation and coordination mechanism;（2）non-governmental organization leading communication and negotiation mechanism;（3）enterprise-leading organization,standardizing and operation mechanism.
