福建省经济增长与碳排放关系研究

摘　　要：选取1996-2009年福建省碳排放总量和人均地区生产总值的时间序列数据,在文献回顾的基础上,基于EKC假设,建立了福建省经济增长与碳排放关系函数模型,发现经济增长和碳排放之间呈倒U型关系,目前福建省碳排放量还处于倒U曲线的上升通道之中,即还处于上升阶段。同时,通过对人均地区生产总值的预测,认为"十二五",既是福建省经济快速发展期,也是福建省碳排放转型关键期。最后,提出相应的政策建议。According to the literature review,this paper establishes the functional relation model between economic growth and carbon emission in Fujian Province based on the EKC hypothesis through the data of carbon emission and per capita GDP time series in Fujian Province from 1996 to 2009.The study has shown that it appears to be inverted U shape relationship between economic growth and carbon emission,and Fujian is currently on the rising channel of the inverted U curve,that is,Fujian carbon emissions are on the rise.Meanwhile,by forecasting per capita GDP,it is held that Fujian will go through both a rapid economic growth and a critical transformation period of carbon emission duiring the twelfth Five-Year Plan period.Finally,some corresponding policies are proposed.
