速效心痛滴丸对原发性高血压患者血清CRP水平及血脂水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察速效心痛滴丸对原发性高血压患者血清CRP及血脂水平的影响。方法将原发性轻中度高血压患者100例随机分为2组,对照组给予氨氯地平(络活喜)5 mg口服,每日1次;治疗组在口服氨氯地平的基础上加服速效心痛滴丸5丸,每日3次。2组均治疗8周后比较血压、血清CRP及血脂水平。结果 2组患者治疗8周时血压值均降至正常范围;与对照组相比,治疗组血压、CRP水平、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白下降更显著。结论速效心痛滴丸用于治疗轻中度原发性高血压患者,能显著降低CRP水平及总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白,且有显著的辅助降压作用,不良反应轻微。Objective It is to observe the effect of Suxiaoxintong drop pill on serum CRP and blood fat levels in patients with primary hypertension（PH）. Methods 100 patients with mild and moderate PH were randomly divided into 2 groups, the control group was given amlodipine 5mg by oral use once per day, the treatment group was given Suxiaoxintiong drop pill 5 pills 3 times per day on the basis of treatment with amlodipine. The levels of blood pressure, serum CRP and blood fat in bothgroups after 8 week＇ s treatment were compared. Results After 8 week＇ s treatment, blood pressure in both groups fall to nor- mal extent, but compared to that in control group, the levels of blood pressure, CRP, TC and LDL were lower in treatment group. Conclusion The treatment with Suxiaoxintong drop pill for mild and moderate EH can significantly low down the level of CRP, TC and LDL, With a significant adjutant antihypertensive effect and slight side effect.
