摘  要:针对目前动力配煤技术局限于线性规划和一元优化的现状和缺点,提出了一套比较完整合理的动力配煤方案多元优化方法:首先采用非线性优化动力配煤数学模型,对配煤方案从安全性和环保性上进行初步优化;然后按照物美价廉的原则,根据本文提出的混煤价格质量比评判指标对配方进行经济性评价,从而对几个重要的质量指标真正实现了多元优化,据此得到的满足安全性、经济性和环保性要求的最优化配方,甚至优于价格质量比最低的单煤.To overcome the shortcoming of linear programming and unitary optimization for power coal blending at present, a new kind of multioptimization blending technology was developed. Firstly the primary coal blending scheme was obtained with the nonlinear programming model, to meet the requirement of security and environmental protection. Secondly an accurate economic evaluation index which was named the ratio of price to function was put forward, based on the caloric value and considering the influence of volatile matter, sulfur content and ash content. Through determining the reasonable influence coefficients, the multioptimization for several coal blending targets was realized. The optimum coal blending scheme which was finally obtained according to the ratio of price to function was even more beneficial than the best individual coal.
