摘　　要：运用追踪方法学的基本原理和基本方法,对医院评审中的护理管理进行策划,包括个案追踪和系统追踪;结合医院JCI评审的实例,详细介绍了优先关注流程、优先关注内容、临床服务团队中具体评审过程和重点内容;并就领悟追踪方法学应用于医院评审的精髓进行了小结。The paper used the basic theory and methods of tracer methodology to plan nursing management in the hospital accreditation, including individual tracing and system tracing. Combining with hospital＇ s JCI Survey experience, described priority focus process, priority focus areas, clinical/service groups. And the key point of application tracing methodology in hospital＇ s accreditation has been summarized.
