摘　　要：在医院评审过程中,追踪方法学的应用能使评审专家提供更客观、公正、科学地评估医院评审标准符合程度。在遵循标准过程中,不仅要深入、扎实地培训员工,而且要有一个不断发现问题、解决问题并持续改善和改进的机制,持续有效地应用追踪方法学进行模拟检查和自我评估,使医院评审标准的应用取得良好的实效和发挥其应有的作用。Tracer methodology be applied in hospital accreditation can provide more objective, fair and scientific evaluation result. When implements hospital accreditation standards, both in-depth and good training and mechanism which can find and solve problems, make continuous improvement are needed. For success sustain and effective application of hospital accreditation standards, continuous and effective mock examination and self evaluation are needed.
