摘　　要：介绍建立医学保障质量管理标准体系的实践经验,包括基本架构、建立步骤与实施要点。该标准体系梳理归纳实践中所形成的成功做法、经验与成果。该标准体系对质量管理中的每个要素实行全面标准化管理,整体提高医学保障服务质量,最终增强综合性医院的核心竞争力。The paper introduces the establishment of medical logistics standard system for quality management practices, including basic infrastructure, the establishment of procedures and implementation points. The standard system, combing the formation of successful practices, experiences and results of operations management, implement a comprehensive standardized management to each element in process to improve the quality of medical logistics and to improve the general hospital＇s core competitiveness.
