摘 要:目的:本研究为了建立一套完整、高效的医院职能科室绩效管理体系。意义:探索行政职能科室的绩效管理方法。方法:结合各大公立医院的管理现状,围绕医院行政职能科室实施绩效管理工作的必要性及其绩效管理体系设计的可能因素进行探讨。特点:运用KPI关键绩效指标与BARS行为锚定等级评价指标的特点,分别建立符合不同行政职能科室的绩效考核标准。结论:通过研究改进目前我国大医院行政职能科室混淆管理现状,建立一套完整高效的公立医院大后方管理平台体系。Objectives: To explore perforinanee management methods in administration department and to establish an integrated and efficiency performance management system in for administration departments. Methods: Combined with status of management in publie hospital, the necessity of implementing performance management and how to design performance management system was discussed. Results: KP] key performance index and BARS behavior anchoring index system was used to establish performance assessment standard in different administration departments. Conclusions: Status of mixed management in administration department has been changed and an integrated and efficiency public hospital management platform has been built.
