炼焦配煤中配入长焰煤的研究

摘　　要：通过4 kg实验焦炉,分析了长焰煤配入粒度、配入比例及配煤结构对焦炭质量的影响。研究结果表明,长焰煤配入粒度以小于3.0 mm为宜,配入比例可达3%,在常规生产配煤结构中,可适当增加肥煤比例,从而减少长焰煤配入时对焦炭质量的影响。The grains size and ratio of the long flame coal blended into the coking coal was studied through a 4 kg experimental coke oven,and so was its effect on the coke quality.The test result shows that the grain size of the long flame coal blended into the coking coal is preferably less than 3 mm,and the blending ratio can be 3%.During normal operation,a suitable proportion of fat coal can be blended into it to avoid any adverse impact to the coke quality due to the blending of the long flame coal.
