摘  要:目的充分预估新版GMP推行过程中可能出现的各种困难,提出对策建议,保障我国新版GMP的顺利实施。方法基于我国GMP的实施历程和现状,采用文献研究、历史分析、对比分析等方法开展研究。结果与结论新版GMP实施可能面临人员、资金与成本、制度与体系、配套行业以及产能等一系列问题,需要采取完善实施细则、开展培训、给予扶持政策等措施,从而保障GMP的顺利实施。A new strength reduction method is proposed for reduction of the nonlinear dynamic contact strength under interaction between the body and abutments of arch dam.As an improvement over the traditional finite-element time-schedule strength reduction method,this new method integrates abutment sliding body,foundation,arch dam body and reservoir water into a single system,so that better accuracy of dynamic interaction can be obtained.To consider the local nonlinearity of contacts,the force on the contact surface is divided into an external part and a contact part,and the surface displacements are used as basic variables.Since the contact forces at nodes in the possible contact region are iterative variables,nonlinear iteration is limited to the possible contact surface.Thus the proposed method simplifies the sophisticated contact nonlinearity into a variety of contact forces,and makes the iteration easier and feasible.
