摘　　要：分析研究了山西省R&D经费投入强度与产学研合作现状,在纵向比较的同时,与中部六省进行了横向对比,并以山西大学生物工程学院为案例,探讨了理论教学、实验培训、科技引导、项目保障"四位一体"农科类创新人才培养的产学研合作现状。This paper analyzes the RD input intensity and the current situation of the cooperation among enterprises,universities and research institutions in Shanxi province,and at the same time of making the longitudinal comparison,makes the crosswise comparison with six central provinces,and taking the Bioengineering Institute of Shanxi University as a case,probes into the present situation of the cooperation among enterprises,universities and research institutions for cultivating agro-scientific innovative talents based on theoretical teaching,experimental training,sci-tech guidance and project assurance.
