高校图书馆知识服务模式与机制探析

摘　　要：在知识经济背景下,知识服务是高校图书馆面临的一个新课题。面对新的挑战,高校图书馆必须转变服务观念、服务内容及服务方式,构建知识服务模式,建立有效机制,提升图书馆员的素养,全面开展知识服务,从而满足高校读者的个性化、专业化的知识需求。介绍了高校图书馆知识服务的具体模式,探讨了高校图书馆知识服务的机制。In the context of knowledge economy, knowledge service is a new topic faced by university library. Facing the new challenges, university library must change its service concept, service content and service mode, construct knowledge service mode and establish an effective mechanism to enhance the quality of librarians, carry outcomprehensively knowledge service and so as to meet the personalized and professional knowledge needs of university readers. This paper introduces the concrete modes of university library＇s knowledge service, and probes into some mechanisms of university library＇ s knowledge service.
